Christian Stenuit lighting design work covers theatre, live entertainment, music shows and other corporate events.

He developed an early interest in lighting, when he discovered the creative lighting shows of Genesis at the end of the seventies. Before becoming a lighting designer, Christian was partner in lighting company based in Belgium for twenty years, and working on a wide range of productions all over Europe.

His career commenced in 1995 at the abbey of Villers-la-Ville with «Hamlet ». Here he was given the opportunity to light a large theatre repertory productions as Milady, L’Avare, Le Bossu, Dracula, La Balade du Grand Macabre, Salomé, Jesus-Christ Superstar, Macbeth, Les Misérables, La Reine Margot, Dom Juan, Angelo Tyran de Padoue, Barabbas.

In 2006, he has the chance to start his work for the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group and the staging director Luc Petit. He has worked for several shows, The Opening of Crown Macau in China,  Belgacom « Phi » in Brussels, Fortissim’O in Vienna, Cutty Sark in Madrid, Valencia and Barcolona, The Celestial Urban Opera in Bilabo, and « Decrocher La Lune IV » in La Louvière.

During the last years, Christian has worked on several corporate projects with the staging director Luc Petit  like Nespresso Latissima and CitiZ Tour, The opening of the new Nepresso factory  in Zwitzerland, The 15th anniversary of Amway China in Geneva, New Thalys in Brussels and the fashion show « Mais il est où le Soleil ? ».

In 2010, Christian designed for Dragone the IX South American Games Opening Ceremony in Colombia and Zain in Ponta Delgada.

In  2011, Christian designed for Dragone, an amazing private show in Venizia, the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the cooperation between Belgium and China in Pekin. In the theater credits, he designed, The Name of the Rose and Les Misérables in front of Waterloo battlefield. Christian has been also the lighting designer for the Mercedes Actros Launch and for a new Luminus factory opening.

In 2012 , Christian designed for Dragone the seductive cabaret experience Taboo in the Macau City of Dreams. and Decrocher La Lune V, the urban opera in La Louvière.

He designed for Music Hall Group, the amazing show, Peter Pan, the never ending story and for Mci Group, a show for Amway China in Munich.

In 2013, Christian designed the theatre production Frankenstein, the Fundamental Physics Ceremony in Geneva, the 100th anniversary ceremony of Jaeger-Lecoultre in Zwitzerland, and a incredible private production in the Cineccita Studios in Roma.

Christian now works mainly in Europe, but with, sometime, productions seen worldwide.
